Holiday on Fire
As he stepped out from the limo, reluctantly, Anthony was cheering internally. He had time to actually investigate these lava stones before they left, it would give him enough time to store up as much heat as possible before having to venture out into the snowy mountains.
"About as ready as I am for you to quit it with those damned pet names.” The God growled, stalking passed the mortal and knocking into his shoulder as he went, resisting the urge to tuck his hands under his arms to protect them from the frigid air. He might have to take some time to temporarily sketch some heating runes into his clothing before they started their little quest tomorrow.
Despite the accord they had, Anthony was still tempted to take at least a little bit of revenge for the liquid ice he’d been blasted with in their last fight. Yes, he was still holding a grudge, it has messed up his internal thermometer so cold was cold.
"Move it, metal man! I’m not waiting around for you to admire the view!" As well versed as he was in dealing with mortals and blending in, he really didn’t want to have to try and convince whatever morons were stood behind the desk to give him his room key before Jarnsmith had checked them in. Stupid Midgardians and their stupid reservation process.
Loke smirked and slowly walked up to the entrance, letting the chaffeur and the concierge taking his luggage. He watched as the deity strolled ahead, probably toward the welcome desk “No need honeypie, we get the direct route” he said loud enough for the demigod to hear him, but not the stewarts. He had still some self-preservation instict afterall. Incredible, but true.
The genius turned at his left and entered in the enormous lift kept open from the concierge for them. He checked his own appearance in the mirrors of it and waited for the god “We’ve got the suite, which extends on an entire floor, booked” he said conversationally “things as chek-in or check-out are beyond certain prices.” he smirked amused from behind his sunglasses. So Anthony of Asgard was a prince and a god, well-- Loke Jarnsmith was going to show how on Earth, he was the one that mattered.
