I only just realised that when you speak to Isabelle and your villagers for the first time that day your island tune plays sped up in the back (this may be all npcs but these are the only ones I’ve noticed). it’s been so years why did I only just realise

hyrule talking abt how in his era apple desserts are seen as a luxurious bc they were favored by previous royalty and there’s several recipes for them in all the royal cookbooks and legend just starts laughing bc all the stories of his adventures have been largely skewed or butchered over time and he’s glad that his affinity for apples has superseded his legacy as a hero and also bc he distinctly remembers fable insisting on honoring him in some way and him jokingly suggesting having his favorite desserts be part of the daily royal menu
