Day 8/9 of the clean eating challenge. I wasn’t going to do another update for a few days, but thought I should as I’ve been waking up feeling amazing the last couple of days. My mood is massively elated, still no bloating, slept amazingly, I felt like exercise was my friend again after feeling a little weaker than normal and I feel fabulous..... what’s the downside....? Well my appetite has been much bigger and the cravings for sweet things have been quite tough to conquer, but I have! I have however now lost 6 lbs, despite me adding extra nuts etc into my diet. Adding even more food today to slow the weight loss down as I am worried about loosing my muscle mass.
