This was below him, he shouldn’t have to do this, and yet there he was looking through things thrown out just to find something that might be useful to him. Anything that might be useful to him. He hadn’t really noticed if anything or anyone was around in that moment putting to much focus on what he was doing.
@mrxworldwide
This was annoying, a weapon that wouldn’t work despite how much he worked with it. He threw it aside expecting someone else to clean it up as he stood from his desk now walking away to go clear his mind and check on something else.
@professorndear
Provided you set it down on the desk, or somewhere else it won’t be a hazard, yes.
“Don’t worry, i’ll put it somewhere no one will have to worry with it.” With that the Emperor turned to leave taking the ‘weapon’ with him.

@professorndear
Yes! You threw it, you pick it up. That’s how things work around here, luv.
Thinking about it there was a sudden grin. “Very well.” Though the Emperor didn’t move he did use his telekinesis to bring the item to him only to grab it before it would hit him. “Feel better?”

@professorndear
Lomba-
*tch* nevermind.
Pick that up before you go, please. It’ll only take you 5 seconds, tops.
“Why would i when someone else is going to do it for me?” There was a pause before the Emperor shook his head. “Is this really that important to you? That I’m the one to pick it up?”

@professorndear
Oh, such as?
And I swear, if you say “taking over the world/galaxy/universe,” whatever, I’m not accepting that as an excuse for throwing it on the ground.
Before he could answer her how he wanted she added a part about not accepting certain answers so he changed it.
“Working on other weapons that are actually useful, making music, make plans to destroy that Lombax, i could go on but i should be going.”

@professorndear
Because in cause you haven’t noticed, luv, there are better places to put a discarded weapon than on the floor, where someone could trip.
Hell, you could’ve just left it on your desk instead of tossing it like a spoiled child.
“And in case you haven’t noticed, i have more important things to do rather then worry with a oversized, expensive paperweight.” As the Emperor said the last part he pointed to the weapon knowing his troops would be more then happy to pick it up for him, even if he didn’t tell them to do so.

@professorndear
Excuse you, go pick that up!!!
I’ll not tolerate such carelessness!!!
Stopping the Emperor glared to her, she had no right to tell him what to do. “And why should i listen to you?” The Emperor asked in a slight growl.
emperor-nefarious:
Watching the other male work he knew he couldn’t tell the truth, at least not the complete truth so he would have to think up what to say without taking to long so it didn’t seem like he was making up a story. Thankfully for him he knew what to keep from others.
“I’m sure i can find someone who can get replacements if i can get to another planet, it shouldn’t be to hard. To answer your question, I’m unfortunate enough to have enemies who’d try something like this.” Follow up questions were likely so the Emperor decided to ask his own before another could come his way.
“Where were you headed anyway? If you don’t mind me asking.”
Little sparks would fly out from underneath as Greg has begun his work. Careful gloved fingers moving wire to here and there, disconnecting and reconnecting parts, and overall just doing what he can to get it working well enough. It should be passable enough to at least reach the nearest planet after he’s done.
“I know that feeling all too well. They can be really annoying sometimes, can’t they?” Greg pulls himself out as he brushes off his gloves. His gaze shifts to the emperor.
“Oh, it’s no problem. I’m just on a delivery job right now. A client wanted a package delivered that they couldn’t do themselves.” It took a bit of effort but Greg managed to close the hatch to the engine.
“She should be okay to go long enough to reach a planet now. Or it might explode. But there’s only like a thirty-five percent chance of that happening.” Those were pretty fair odds to a guy like Greg.
Seeing the small sparks was enough to get the Emperor to take a closer look at what the other was doing to his ship, he didn’t want something to explode right now since he had things to do and this was already slowing him down far more then he would have liked.
“Very annoying.” The Emperor agreed then moved back a little when the male looked at him, he smiled softly to the other to seem friendly despite his patients starting to strain.
“So you deliver things for a living?” And he was trusting this guy to fix his ship? He’d need to keep a close eye on his ships systems to ensure nothing went wrong nor caught on fire.
“I suppose i’m more likely to make it safely to a planet now then i was before, thank you again for this and for being honest with me about how dangerous this might be.”

@professorndear
Wh-
How rude! What if that went off, hm?!
There was no acknowledgement from the Emperor as he walked away from the malfunctioning weapon.
What a strange planet the emperor found himself on, it was hard to tell if there was any intelligent life on the planet. Yes there were structures yet he couldn’t seem to find any beings who could have made them, then again he had only looked from afar and not that much. Perhaps he should change that, so he started to walk in any direction since it didn’t matter to much to him he was going to get results no matter what way he went.
@teamvalorr
[⚡] “Nice to meet you, Nef.” The Pikachu gave a faint nod at the robot’s response. “If you… want to head into town, it’s back that way…” Rai pointed a paw behind him towards where he had come from. “Daybreak Town is nice and cozy and if you need anything… you’re bond to find it or something there to help you…”
Listening to Rai speak before he looked in the direction that the mouse pointed to and nodded, standing normally to head to the town. It wasn’t a good start but it was still a start anyway and he shouldn’t complain. “Well then it’s where i’ll be headed, care to be my guide?” Though he asked he didn’t wait for an answer before he started walking though he was being rather slow so he wouldn’t be to fast for the other to keep up.
emperor-nefarious:
This was going to be very easy, get someone to fix this for him so he didn’t have to work on it. Not like he should have to anyway he was above such work anyway because of who he was, looking to the engine he frowned not concerned with showing his displeasure with the situation.
“Indeed i am, which is rather unfortunate. Engine trouble it seems though i believe it was sabotaged, it looks like someone messed with it.”
It wouldn’t be a stretch since it was capable and others would be willing to do it if giving the change, he’d have to up security on his ships as soon as he returned to Nefarious city.
“Hmm. Well that’s not good.” Greg had gotten himself down and taken out a small flashlight in order to inspect for any damages. The taller robotic man was indeed correct as it looked like some pieces were bent or attempted to cut off.
“Yeah, definitely sabotaged. I should be able to fix it up enough to get it running long enough to reach another planet though.” He’s already getting to work as he carefully takes a piece apart to look inside and see what can be salvaged.
“Got any reasons why someone might try something like this?”

@professorndear
It was easy to fight, make weapons, and many other things so he assumed he wouldn’t have trouble navigating a new planet... He was wrong, he let his ego and pride get the better of him and at realizing that he was ready to start destroying things in his anger.
@goodgollyragdolly
“Remind me never to make this one angry…” The doll shuffled forward, arms crossed over her chest in a protective gesture. This was scary, but it was her duty as a friend to help others like her. Least, that’s what Wilt was always saying.
“Scuse me…are you alright over there, fella?”
At hearing the voice the Emperor turned his attention to the direction of it looking her over before he seemed to be annoyed at her. “‘Fella’?” The question was low for him then he shook his head before speaking normally.
“I prefer ‘sir’ if you don’t know what to call me but Emperor is my title so address me as such.”
There was a low growl from him as he tinkered with a broken pert getting very annoyed with it as he continued to try and failed to repair it, he didn’t have the parts needed and his growling was becoming louder the more frustrated he got with it.
@starlightxheroes
The duo continued to watch from the shrubs, occasionally leaning forward and backwards to get a closer look, and to get back when it felt like there was a chance they would be spotted by the strange robot.
Whatever kind of machine it was, it seemed… really badly damaged. While Susie now wanted to get a closer look, her recent experiences had taught her that not all robots wanted to be opened up without permission (and that how she usually went about it was a little on the ‘forceful’ side).
Kirby and Susie watched as the robot threw something, and then leaned forward to get a better look as it walked over to pick it up.
“Is that one of your machines, Susie-poyo?” Kirby asked.
“Negative, it’s definitely not one of mine–”
Unfortunately, the moment the Emperor glanced in the opposite direction, the duo happened to lean forward too much to the point where both lost their balance and ended up falling out of the shrubs (Susie also happened to land on Kirby when that happened), giving the two of them away.
Today was not their lucky day…
Picking up the item his attention was quickly caught by the two of them falling out of the shrubs, he quickly stood up straight only looking at the two of them for a moment not yet realizing they had a weapon.
Even if he had yet to realize it they could still be of some sort of threat to him and he was not taking chances, they seemed to be incapable of fighting in their current situation so he took that opportunity to get out of there as quickly as he could. Which wasn’t as fast as he’d like, he was currently running since his body was to damaged for extended amounts thus running was one of his bast options for escape.
The Ex Emperor hated that he had to run but he didn’t know who they were nor how big of a threat they were to him so he found it best to run so he wouldn’t risk loosing anything of value that he had with him currently, if the insisted on following him and stopping him he would fight since he didn’t want anyone to follow him nor to have the risk of them getting injuring him more then necessary.
There weren’t to many times the Emperor needed to get involved in something but every now and then he did, it seemed now was one of those times and he was slightly annoyed. Were the engineers so to stupid to know how to fix a simple engine for his ship? With a slight growl he walked over pushing someone aside to get to the ship himself and work on it knowing it shouldn’t take to long, his ship being out in the open like this was something he didn’t care for.
@galacticgreg
A smile adorned itself upon his face. Greg was glad to help someone in need and even more glad that they agreed to it! He must be stuck in quite the predicament then. Pulling his cruiser aside and opening the door, Greg would hover himself over to the emperor and his ship. The woes of non-gravity thankfully didn’t apply to him due to his anti-gravity chip in his suit.
“Don’t mention it. You seemed like you were stuck. What seems to be the problem?”
Gloved hands go to his hips as he takes a peek. Seems like a bit of an engine problem by the looks of it. Definitely quite advanced too! That just got his science sense tingling with excitement.
This was going to be very easy, get someone to fix this for him so he didn’t have to work on it. Not like he should have to anyway he was above such work anyway because of who he was, looking to the engine he frowned not concerned with showing his displeasure with the situation.

Wow…this Friend didn’t look happy. Scraps shrunk back a bit, practically feeling the rage radiating from the robot. Normally she would come over, say hi, and see if they needed help finding the house, but something inside told her this was a bad idea.
So rather, she hung back, watching to see what he would do next.
Low growls came from him though he mostly kept control of himself knowing better than to start destroying things right away only looking around for now, he needed to stay calm for now and get help despite his distaste for it.
