{💣}—; “You’ve got a lot of nerve showing up here Neo, what do you want and what are you doing here?” Needless to say he wasn't happy to see Cortex here, remembering all the things he had a hand in doing to him made him nervous as he didn’t want to be subjected to anymore experiments if that’s what he came for even daring to go on a first name basis with him.

He was lucky to be able to recover with intense therapy but he was not all there because he had triggers to go back to his insane self. Or simply have psychotic episodes, which was part of why he chose to continue to wear his straitjacket despite now being a doctor himself.

Roo hadn’t seen Cortex at least not in person for a long time, and he was ready to spring up and defend himself if he deemed it necessary. Such if the doctor tried to recapture him for any reason, so using a foot he pulled his cane closer in the event he’d have to use it.
