As someone that genuinely has accidents and wets the bed sometimes, meeting someone that wasn't grossed out by this, healed a part of me, that I didn't know needed healing.

Do the age regression crowd know about baby sign?

OK so for those not in the know babies can learn to sign very very young. Like a month or two old where as they'll only day their first recognisable word about 1. And a lit of the reasons babies cry or get upset are because they're uncomfortable in some way and the only way they have to communicate is by crying. But if your baby can just tell you its hungry or needs a nappy change or whatever that stops the need to cry.

So baby sign is a very simplified sign language, there's no universal standard but largely they're words that a baby needs to communicate paired with a very simple gesture that little uncoordinated hands and arms can manage. This is a pretty good one:
