Regarding this post: I realise this is blasphemy of the highest order but... Scandinavian Gale kinda works for me *ducks*

I myself am northern Scandinavian and all that's missing is a plaid flannel shirt, both arms covered in tattoos, and a pouch of snus stuffed under his upper lip and he's every man where I live.

We have a lot of metalheads here, so I gave him the appropriate long loose hair and now he looks like at least 3 of my exes LMAO 😂😂😂

It's not Gale Dekarios but... Geir Dahlberg? A distant cousin?

Unlike Gale, the chronic yapper, Geir here barely speaks at all. At least not to strangers. At least not sober. And he most certainly doesn't wave his hands around while talking. Once you break through the aloof surface and he sees you as a friend, he turns into a yapper as well tho. And a hugger. Be warned.

Instead of a tressym he has a big hairy dog/wolverine/werewolf named Bella, Sigge, Ludde or something along those lines. It's a lot friendlier than it looks.

He's definitely a wizard. Geir may look like a country hick but he has an analytical mind and hey, university is free where he's from! He throws a mean Ice Storm.

His wizard's tower wouldn't be in the big city but out in the woods somewhere. With at least 2 of whatever is the Faerûnian equivalent to snowmobiles parked out by the barn. No, he doesn't keep livestock or grow crops, but he has a barn. It's full of fishing equipment, and old non-functioning machinery of unclear origin that he claims he's gonna fix (he won't).

Instead of wine he drinks very expensive beer and very cheap vodka - in amounts that would label him an alcoholic in almost any other part of the world.

People think he's an atheist but that isn't exactly true. He knows the gods are there and are all-powerful, he just doesn't have any trust or respect for them. Mystra can go fuck herself because he sure won't.

He'll fuck any mortal though. He may not speak, but he will screw.
