Sims 3 Camera Mod

For those of you looking for a Sims 3 camera mod that is not behind an early access pawall, here is a mod from @arro-now on Nexus mods:

Paralives Sims 3 Camera

Makes Paralives camera behave like the one in The Sims 3.

I'm not going to be using mods unless they are available on the Steam Workshop, and I know that means I won't be using scripted mods. However, I want to support modders who are providing free mods to the community, so I wanted to give this a plug.

I am pretty content with the camera at the moment and only have one setting set up on a local mod. I'll share how I did that in a later post. In the meantime, here is your Sims 3 camera. 😘

Sul sul! Here are some default replacements for ufhairhathip. They are all available for Teen, Adult, and Elder Female Sims. All should be Base Game Compatible, and have been tested on both The Sims 2: Ultimate Collection and The Sims 2: Legacy Collection.

Replaced with spottedonsixam's Juno Hair. The polycount is the same as the original (4k). The neutral beret colours were used with this default, you can download the pastel customs if you'd like!

Replaced with @rascalcurious' 4t2 Frankenmesh of simcelebrity00's Sabrina Hair with platinumaspiration's EP15 Blunt Bangs & Axa's Paris Beret. The polycount is the same as the original (9.4k).

Replaced with @rascalcurious' 4t2 Conversion of greenllamas' Hyacinth Hair with Axa's Paris Beret. The polycount is the same as the original (2.7k)... ...I didn't notice until writing this, but somebody else already defaulted this one the exact way I had initially 😭 So at the very last minute, to differentiate our defaults, I replaced the brown hair swatch with the light brown swatch. One of the previews below the cut has the old hair swatch, my apologies! Download the other version if you would like the darker brown swatch instead!

If you would like this default with EA's textures instead of Pooklet's, please consider downloading platinumaspiration's default here!

Replaced with @platinumaspiration's 4t2 Conversion of Maxis' EP20 Single French Braid. Available for Teen, Adult, and Elder Female Sims. The polycount is the same as the original (3.7k).

guys I think it might be raining on this lot idk what do you think I'm very productive today. Must be the garlic naan I had. So good. So much garlic I could take out a vampire at 50 yards. 10/10. ANYway. I was looking at stuff for that other Sims game and saw Rope's wool sweater and I thought.. oh that's that BG hoodie mesh. I dunno if anyone else has done it and frankly with the state of search engines these days I'm not even gonna try to keep looking. SO I copied 12 of the original textures to DeeDee's awesome conversions! (here for TM-EM and here for CU) so that I could have some new cozy sweaters and now so can you!

here's a swatch! there are 13 recolours but the 13th is the black texture again with a moogle image from a shirt in FFXIV. Finally, your own mog merch! I'm kidding. I just really wanted it for Arden. download (CU-TM-AM-EM) files repo to AM and meshes included, thank you!
