Hello friends!  As much as I hate to make this post, it needs to be done. Soon I will be moving in with my aunt and uncle to get away from a bad home situation, and I won’t be able to keep my beloved noodle boy. So, it’s time to find him a new home. 

His name is Sock, though I suppose he won’t care if you change it! He’s a pastel genetic stripe ball python, estimated around 5 or 6 years old. Though he’s very shy (he could use more frequent handling!) he’s never once tried to strike at me. 

He comes with his 40 gal front opening terrarium, all the decor/hides, lamp with an extra bulb, thermostat, underbelly heat mat, a travel container and some extra food with feeding tongs. 

With his entire setup coming with him in mind, and the fact that I’ll be needing money in the meantime as I move, I’m asking $500 for everything, though I’m willing to go lower if absolutely needed. 

I’m currently in South Carolina and will be going to east Tennessee, so being close or within a few hours distance of either place would be ideal. Gimme a poke in DMs if you’re interested. If not, a boost would be very appreciated! I love him a great deal and want him to find a good home.

Hi, I'm 25 and debating starting male-to-female HRT. However, I'm scared that HRT won't help me at all. It seems like HRT does so little after puberty, especially by the time one gets in their 20s. I'm really scared that I'll just end up being someone in a male body, but with breasts. Is there anything you can say to someone having this fear? Thank you, and sorry, I suspect this is a silly question.

Actually, the claim that HRT doesn’t do much after puberty is a myth.  I started when I was 31 years old and now I’m 35. =)

Seriously, I transitioned at 39 and I’m 41 now.  Hormones are magic whatever your age and while some things stay, many things change and it’s been totally worth it for me.

I felt the same way before I started transitioning and especially because I have a fair masculine build. But you know what I’ve learned from my experience so far? Fuck it! There is always hope and you could end up surprising yourself with the results.

I think results vary, I don’t see much difference between pre-hrt and 8 years on hrt
