EDC whilst away in Rio de Janeiro. Nice and simple: samsonite wallet (cleaned down and sanitised), iPhone 5s in otter box case, inka pen, mini LED torch on lanyard, Samsung camera, small discreet escape kit secreted in wallet, Endured Limits Illume-Tab v1. Goruck gr2 packed for a 96hr trip to Rio. Amazingly managed to pack 5 shirts, 1 pair of trousers, 2 pairs of shorts, underwear for the duration, flip flops, merrel barefoot trainers, umbrella, washkit, travel towel, charging cables, Rab softy jacket, phys rig, 4 t shirts, sunglasses, Land Rover owner magazine, moleskin A4 notebook, pens/pencils, travel document wallet, Maxpedition roll up backpack and glasses, and all with space to spare!!! In the XJ last night with a GITD Tag from Endured Limits. I hit it with a single AAA Cell Thrunite LED Flashlight for approximately 60 seconds and this was the result when I stopped in a parking lot five minutes later. I charged it under a regular lamp for about 15 minutes and it lasted, let me put it this way, it was still glowing 8 hours later when I got up. The most powerful GITD material I have tried to date and the greatest duration of usable light once the eyes are adjusted to low light.
