The rain finally stopped to get in a game of tennis this morning. The hard court and shell courts were taken so got to play on clay court. Nothing like having half a dozen roosters crow while trying to serve 😱. (No wonder no one was playing on this court 😂). Always fun getting on the court. Sporting the temp glasses from my new eye doctor who thought I was 20 years younger then she later had to give me the ‘over 50’ protocol as I was getting ready to leave. 😍😱😂. I normally get that from older people (people my age - lol) but she was a youngin thinking I was young ... so yay - 😃 Good to know all my crazy health routines work. 💪. Who wants some crazy health routines? ✋ For those in the 50 and over club, the protocol is ....go see an eye 👁 doctor (not just an optometrist) ....at least once a year. Also everyone has dry eyes so lubricate them. For my tennis peeps who can’t see the ball like me, make sure your eyes are lubricated before your match. I’ve got my doctors list of recommended drops to use and also natural drops and can share. #eyehealth #naturalhealth #tennis #antiaging

Something’s are just worth the wait 💕. My first winter ❄️ , I second guessed removing the grass since it’s all dull, dirt, and brown. Then Spring came ...now I am blessed 🙏 each year with the Vibrant energy from these beautiful plants 🌱 and flowers 💐 🌸 . It’s so worth going through those dull, blah, boring 😴 months.
