There is so much freedom in learning to not care about what others think of you. #selfcaresunday ..I haven’t actually done anything extreme as far as ‘self care’ goes but I did accomplish going to Trader Joe’s & brushing my hair so that’s a win. I drank some #ningxia 🤤, moved the laundry from the bedroom to the couch in hopes that’d make me wanna fold it, & watched The Greatest Showman because @giojammies posted about it like 100x so I decided to give it a shot and LOVED IT. I’m not super good at this whole self care thing yet, I’m still a beginner sooo if you have anything that you do share below 👇🏻🙏🏻
