Figuring out name for the person (Beyond the Screen au)

For the person who is the main human in the Beyond the Screen au, I have not decided a name for her yet.

I’m super happy that someone else likes my au!

White Lily and Silent Salt will eventually appear in the story, but they are not going to just yet. There is another cookie who appears first that Elder Faerie and the person will have to handle and decide what to do with.

When White Lily and Silent Salt do appear, they will arrive together at the same. Then, they will have a reunion will Elder Faerie!

With Dark Enchantress Cookie . . .she will appear in the au but in a way that is a bit different than the others.

For now, the three of them are stuck in the waiting room.

Your Beyond the Screen au is so interesting so far. Love how you are looking at both sides of the situation between the characters and their internal thoughts. Will the human and Elder Faery become friends in the future? Can’t wait to see more about it.

At first, Elder Faerie and the person are both having mini existential crises but then have to accept that yep- Elder Faerie is not only alive but appeared in our human world. The first week or so they have to slowly build trust. For the person, they basically have a sentient, sapient, thinking, talking being now living in their house except their new roommate is really tiny and it takes very little cost to buy the food needed for him.

After a little bit (not too long though), they do become friends. They eventually settle into a routine after some trial and error while the poor person has to figure out how she is supposed to take care of a sentient cookie at the same time she is managing a job and paying rent.

However, the routine only lasts so long as another cookie eventually appears . . .

Beyond the Screen: Person’s Reaction

A random person, just a fan of cookie run kingdom and who enjoys playing it, one day finds their phone on the table glowing and warm to the touch. As a flash of light filled their vision, they shut their eyes and brought a hand to their face. It took a moment, rubbing their eyes and shaking their head to clear their vision.

Looking at the source of the glow, they pinpointed their phone. A small thing sat on the now dark screen with silvery features and muted pastel colors. It felt like trying looking at a painting in the dark. Their eyes widened- no, that’s not right.

Butterfly wings, a silvery almost-lilac color hair, white and blue robes, and several inches tall (about the size of their hand??). If they didn’t know better, they would have thought Elder Faerie Cookie had just crawled out of their phone.

Despite all attempts at rationalizing or explaining this away, Elder Faerie Cookie had indeed appeared from their phone screen.

(I have decided on some details regarding the person, but still figuring out a name and some other details)

Beyond the Screen: First Encounter

Elder Faerie awakens to find himself somewhere strange, a world meant for those much taller than himself. The world of the witches? Or simply the world of giants?

Not even more than a few minutes after his arrival, he finds himself face to face with something he has not seen since the Age of the First Witches- a human.

With no time to process his death or being transported to another place, he immediately is forced to confront his past and future all at once. (Or so he thinks- he doesn’t yet realize this isn’t a witch, but is just a regular human without magic)

Beyond the Screen Au

What if when Elder Faerie closed his eyes for what he thought was the final time, feeling himself fade, a light enveloped him? He thought that he would return to nature, joining the other fallen silver tree knights. Feeling himself fade, he felt at peace knowing that White Lily had awoke and would carry on the mantle of the seal. Instead of the nothingness or unbraiding of his self, a strange buzz reverberated throughout his body. It was as if the atoms in his dough were vibrating apart. Light filled his vision even through his closed eyelids.

Suddenly, the hum subsided and his dough settled once again. He opened his eyes to see a smooth platform beneath him. Looking up, he froze. It was as if he was in a world made for giants. A world and house sized for witches.

Beyond the Screen AU: When main playable characters from Cookie Run Kingdom die in-game in the main story, they somehow end up finding themselves teleporting through a phone into a person’s house. The poor random person now has to care for a bunch of cookies still reeling from meeting or nearly meeting their end alongside trying to live their life, pay rent, go to work, and finish classes.

The characters aren’t dead! They’re just living in a person’s house!

(Elder Faerie is just the first one to end up in the person’s house- more cookies will show up later)

I made a drawing of the Light of Solidarity. I thought that the cookie was a fusion of Silent Salt and White Lily at first, but it seems that the cookie might be the physical manifestation of the soul jam with the appearance being influenced by its past holders?
