solo travelling--im not some big solo traveller, but i love taking trios by myself and it feels like many thing very core to me: independence, curiosity, a comfort and desire to be alone. anyways! montreal in two weeks!

bookshopping......nothing hits like a thrifted book that was a total find and a total steal....recently found 'the listeners' by maggie stiefvater in hardcover, perfect condition. idk when i'll get to reading it but it felt like a very good find!
basketball!!!! i played basketball for 1 season when i was in 8th grade and never thought about it again until 2025 but i have looooooved getting into basketball, going to games, and learning the mechanics of the game. as i try harder this year to grow my technical knowledge of basketball, the book "how basketball can save the world" by david hollander has really helped give me a new perspective and i feel likem im seeing the game with fresh eyes. basketball is so fast its been hard for me to focus on every move etc to help grow my knowledge but this book really helped me appreciate all the things i found confusing in the game
