How I use the gif search function, an overly long illustrated guide

So I am by no means an expert, and there are probably better ways to do this, but I’ve had some success writing meta posts that source specific gifs and I wanted to share my tips, mostly because a few people have asked me how I always manage to find the ones I’m looking for.

This guide is using gifs from The Flash (DCTV) fandom as an example, but the concepts should transfer to anything you’re a fan of or searching for.

Also, special thanks to @marcomardon for teaching me some of the tricks in this post :D

Does anyone know of any YouTube or Tumblr accounts, or frankly an account on any kind of platform, that saves and posts videos of Blind Channels Instagram stories and lives? I want to keep making gifs, but I need a regular, high quality source to do so. I would, obviously, always give full credit to the owner who's source I'd use :)
