A reminder that there is less than a week until the event! And there is some housekeeping to go over!
The main thing is to please look at the updated collection profile to check for new information. I will be adding the changes here, but if in case I miss any, I ask that you read the collection profile. The rest will be instructions on how to post to a collection. Thank you for your cooperation.
What to do with Artwork
- You can post it to ao3 by embedding an image into a draft and publishing.
- You could post to an alternate platform using the tags mentioned in the description of this collection.
- You could send them directly to me, accompanied by a link to your social media, and I will post a work under my account and submit it to the collection with people's art and links to where to find them.
- You can do a combination of these things.
Tags
- You can use the tag "Aideku Week 2023" for fics but it isn't necessary.
- If you are posting your art on other platforms, we are also going to just use the "Aideku Week 2023" tag or the "aidekuweek2023" tag if the platform does not allow spaces.
- Other than that just please make sure you appropriately tag the story, particularly any Archive Warnings or Content Warnings
Adding a New Work to a Collection
- Create the new post as you usually would
- Go to the Associations Section
- In the Post to Collections/Challenges Section search for the "Aideku Week 2023" Collection
- If the collection does not appear in the suggestions, type in the collection name "Aideku_Week_2023" exactly as written within the quotations. Please note you won't be able to add this until the collection is open.
- Post your work and it should be included in the collection.
