Thoughts on the variety of quirks in Project Hail Mary if it took place in the My Hero Academia universe?

I get the feeling Stratt does not have a "the quirk makes the person" mindset unless it's inherently beneficial to prioritize quirk over knowledge. The Vat doesn't have many socially-percieved "powerful quirks" and minimum (if not zero) active heroes

Ryland Grace feels like someone who'd either be quirkless or have a socially perceived "weak quirk" that he discovers is a lot more useful/powerful in space, on Erid, or when introduced to Astrophage/Taumoeba/Xenonite? So maybe a form of telekinesis, nanokinesis, etc

Maybe Yáo Li-Jie has a radiolocation quirk, making him the prime candidate for a captain and pilot of the furthest space mission ever

François Leclerc is the only other person I have an idea for really, and it's either some form of cryokinesis, some species of penguin -based mutation quirk, or both as one
