The 2 faces of my Friday night. Leaving the gym determined and worn out from an amazing back and shoulder workout. Sweaty and shaky only makes me feel better. But I had to leave before I started and finished my JAWS workout. So once I got home it was game on! Found some shade and busted out the 14 min AMRAP of JAWS. needless to say after many push-ups speed climbers, leg raises with hip pumps, and weighted crab walks it topped off my gym workout to the max. Soooo, I forgot until tonight that my box had come in the mail Friday.. opened it up to find amazing products, BUT my @fleoshorts came! So super excited. They are so soft and comfortable.
