hotest take:

animals are as charmed by enjolras as people are. he’s snow white and he’s the only one that doesn’t realize it. when he writes his speeches birds watch him work and twitter amongst themselves about his ideas. guards horses just won’t chase him at full speed and will pretend to lose track of him sometimes. cats hang out outside the Musain to listen to the meetings. once he dropped a pen and it slipped under a crack in the wall only for it to be pushed back out.
