Metal doesn’t know who this person is, or why they’re so close to their shop… “Excuse me, if you’re looking for the main highway, its at least ten miles in that direction.” The hedgehog seemed annoyed as he holds a wielding torch in his hand, standing next to a project.
“Oh, sad to hear about it” said a young fox kit.
“I just so happen have the engine on my plane malfunction on me and I can’t get it working for some reason. I saw you were the only mechanic around here for miles and I really need your help. Could you get it working again? I can pay, if you want.”
Why is this one sorry to hear that? That’s confusing to him. “Depends on what kind of plane and if I have to make the parts for it. Where is it?” He’s worked on a few of them, never enough to run, but he has adapted them for other uses around his workshop and such.

A ghost town? Explains a lot of things… but also gives more questions. “Then how come you are still here if its a ghost town?” The one his shop is closest too is taken over by nature, not much is left but a ghost town that’s not overgrown makes him uneasy…
“Don’t think much can hurt me.” Most things are made of metal anyway, or partly made of metal, metal is something he doesn’t worry about. “But I will be careful.” He would turn to leave, but now she’s suspicious to him a bit, so he doesn’t want his back to her.
“You ask too many questions, and i have no intention to grace them with answers. You should be thankful that you even found this place in the first place, so grab what you need, and show a little bit of gratitude.” Was her stern reply. She had no interest in opening up old wounds, especially for a stranger no less.
“Do come back before nightfall,however. The place gets dark very quick, and metal or not, you do not want to be buried in rubbles.”
Ask too many questions... Yeah best to get the scrap and leave for home. He’s not going to stay long at all. “Thank you for the information, I’ll be sure to be gone by nightfall.” He decides to just leave after that. Not one to talk much, and he didn’t want to get into any fights today. So he leaves it be.

“Yes, custom made.” As for the scrap yard, good. “Then I might come here again depending on what’s around.” Though, the whole town being a scrap yard? Was this place dangerous? Or just unkept?
“This town is a whole scrap yard? Why exactly?” Looked okay from what he could tell, then again he just got here and this place was the first one he spotted.
“If someone’s going to try to rob me there better be a working hospital near by for their sake.”
“Oh, don’t think too much of it. the whole town is up for scraping.” Replied Lien-da with a strange glimmer on her eye. “No one is going to complain, because there’s no on left to do so.” This was a recent evolution, urged by others on her ship. To try and show.. compassion for the less fortunate. Not every zone traveler had been a bandit, it was true, and thus she could not just shoot them on sight.”Just be mindful of what you step on the place and only take what you need.”
