That, in itself, is false.  I don’t have eyes, Jake.  I can process written data and digital images, but no, I can’t ‘see’.  

Though at that point it’s a matter of semantics.  You and I both process visual data, just in very different ways that I wouldn’t lump together as ‘seeing’.

Also, there’s no reason for you to be upset.  My previous message contains nothing but compliments directed at you.  I see no reason for you to take offense.

Eyewear isn’t made to be able to see, Jake.  It’s made for allowing the wearer to see.  Saying a pair of shades should be able to see is congruent to saying a book should be able to read.
