she's an angel, don't mind the horns and the sulfur <3
i will say though setting the film in germany but having everyone speak in posh english accents Except for orlok whose accent immediately identifies him as Foreign and Other and Dangerous. well that's certainly a choice they made
The original Nosferatu has a deep history of antisemitism right down to his design and it's annoying as shit to see that part of it being pulled into the 21st century.
Did I just get spoiled for Dragon Age on TikTok?
Because the spoiler (if it's true) makes me want to fling myself from the rooftop.
So I feel like either this is a total hoax or... oh god, BioWare, WHAT HAVE YOU DONE?!

Just saw a Dragon Age post that said "SPOILERS: CHARACTER DEATH!!"
And I've never been more scared in my life.
Y'all I'm in school I play games SLOWLY. When I tell you I'm scared of spoilers...
Welcome back, Inquisitor Trevelyan!
Okay I'm a little upset.
I think I must have missed importing my Inquisition choices in the character creation screen of Veilguard. Which makes me very sad because I can't just run back and fix it, I'm so far into the game already!
Is there any way to fix this? Or do I just have to make believe in my head what is actually happening?
According to Reddit, a lot of people missed this page in CC. I was wondering why people were recreating their Inquisitors! Not our fault: the interface was apparently quite confusing.
But now I'm faced with either taking the 11 hours I've already sunk to the chin and going back to make Triss. Or just bearing it. But if we're customizing our Inquisitors, I assume that's because they're going to show up later. And I really, really don't want to see some stranger in her place.
I think I'll spend some time tonight in CC on a separate save file creating her, and see what I think. If I can recreate my Rook Cerys, then maybe I'll just take a weekend to catch up. Now that I'm familiar with the game I can probably move faster, plus I can skip cutscenes. Hmm...

I am begging for this energy to appear in the game proper
They are definitely different end of the spectrum single fathers
did they intend to give solas and rook three times the chemistry they gave solas and lavellan in the base inqusition game or am i witnessing the funniest possible thing bioware could've done

As a Canadian it's wild seeing PSAs directed at Americans saying stuff like, "The two minutes of turmoil you'll feel while voting for Kamala is worth it!" and trying to convince people to vote for the lesser of two evils instead of just staying home and withholding their vote.
As if we don't do that here every election season. Of course I dislike all the candidates. But I have to vote for one because if I don't vote for the one I dislike the least, the one I dislike the most might get let into office. And the concept of looking at candidates, being displeased, and then just... not voting? As if that's the solution? It's so foreign to me.
Everyone knows that politicians usually suck. Nobody out here believes their person is perfect (except a few freaks whose votes you NEED to cancel out). But we still vote because look if you have two plates in front of you, one poison and one not poisoned but definitely expired, and if you don't choose a plate one will be chosen for you, wouldn't you at least try to achieve at least a little relief and reprieve by choosing the not poisoned but definitely expired one?
Can someone who is American explain this to me? I don't recall my hand being held when I voted NDP.
