We're doing so badly, in fact, that in Idaho it is now illegal for post-sx trans men to be shirtless in public. You will be charged with public indecency and put on the sex offender registry. No boobs, not even for lack of "biologically female" nipples.

As of March 26, 2025, a person can be charged with a misdemeanor if they “willingly” and in a sexual way: - Show “developed female breasts” including the nipple and areola; - Show “adult male breasts” that have been changed to look like “female breasts,” whether through hormones or surgery; - Show fake breasts; - Show or display sex toys or other products meant to look like genitals (e.g., novelty bachelorette or bachelor party toys or jewelry, novelty truck hitch “nuts” or “balls,” etc.); - “Procure, counsel, or assist” someone in exposing their genitals or breasts. Also as people in the notes have mentioned freeing the nipple wasn't about just not wearing a bra (although that is cool and should be normalized) it's about everyone having an equal right to be shirtless regardless of whether or not they have developed breasts.

Biphobia is so normalized within fandom spaces 😕 like you'll headcanon a character as bi and people get so angry for what?? Or when a character even MIGHT be coded as bi people will fight TOOTH and NAIL to prove they aren't. Or how people feel wayyy too comfortable headcanoning canonically bi characters as anything else.

I honestly kinda feel like it's because people view bi people as "less gay" therefore "less deserving of representation" so they're kinda fine with the erasure of bi people from media. Like damn do y'all hate us or what?
