Espai Music @ Voyage Off Sonar Party 2012
Line Up: Hernan Cattaneo, Henry Saiz, Cora Novoa, Wehbba, Dosem, Triumph, Ivan Picazo, Days Off, Nick Varon, One D, Norman H, Loisan
On Wednesday June 13,2012 in Barcelona VOYAGE will born during festive frame of the Sonar week. A way of understanding dance music from a more emotional perspective. An ode to melodic techno, from the most atmospheric and deepest passages, to hypnotic and vibrating beats that are leaded to present, past and future stories. A true timeless trip. VOYAGE is not just something else to see, but something to feel. We have one of the most interesting and different headlining acts by Off Sonar. The most significative artists from this music gender are ready to take you on a trip.
Not happy with all these artists, we have from TRONIC a very special Guest gracing the decks at this special event. VOYAGE gathers the best artists of techno & progressive sound and invites you to travel with us to another party. Not just one more party, a party in which with your feet on the sand of the beach, you would feel the beat, and above your hands, in the evening and at night, with a beautiful sea sight, you will get the feeling. A trip that will make you remember why you like electronic dance music, why you still raise your hands, why you are still moved and why you are part of all this. See you in June 13th for this our first VOYAGE.

Laurent Garnier played again at Time Warp 2012 with "The Island" , one of our lastest releases from Breccia & Ian O'Donovan. It's the third track in the video.
"Himan - Vanishing" reviewed at Resident Advisor
Himan turned 25 last month, and Barcelona imprint Espai Music turned one. Here, the young Portuguese producer presents a stripped and atmospheric piece, with three remixes largely following suit. The original version of "Vanishing" balances on a see-sawing melody which generates most of the track's swing. In many cases that responsibility is shouldered by basslines, but here the low-end acts more like a pad, rising and falling like slow breaths. Gentle hi-hats and additional lengthy notes create subtle builds and breaks. That'd be atmospheric enough, but Himan also adds faint male chanting into the mix. Ned Rise's remix takes things a little bit more anthemic, though that's not saying much considering the unobtrusiveness of the source material. The kicks are harder, the see-sawing notes more brash and female harmony added to the male.
Where the previous two versions have a strictly linear feel, Oliver Schories and Uner's remixes are funkier, and made for a smaller room. Uner adds a hip-shaking bassline, while Schories generates the same sense of movement using quasi-Latin percussion. The latter feels mostly like an original, only squeezing Himan's pieces in during a break. In contrast, Uner's remix—probably the best of the three—makes use of the original hook throughout and supplements it with jaunty keyboard. "Nick Connellan" - Thu, 16 June 2011
