got a much needed haircut today. The stylist was like whoa you have so much regrowth. I was like ? And she was like have you been really stressed recently and lost a lot of hair? I said I’ve been under extreme stress from moving and other things but it’s starting to let up. I didn’t realize I’d lost a bunch of hair. She cut off a good chunk and it feels so much healthier now. But I’m concerned what the heavy amounts of stress that I’ve never endured has done to my body.. in general, I get heart palpitations, at times extreme fatigue, etc. 😞 I can’t let stuff stress me out this much anymore. I just can’t.
