These are the main 3 protagonists of the first couple of episodes of this show.

How do i make a character more realistic to their enviorment without changjng them a bunch despite their enviorment being very easy to die in

hmm, try making the character prone to injury, and/or improve their pain tolerance. Also try to make them aware of their surroundings, no matter where they are.
