it wasn’t really planned
just one day ethan was like “HEY LET’S DRIVE”
and you were like “OKAY”
blasting music and singing really loud with the windows down
stopping at pretty places to take pretty pictures
getting a BUNCH of junk food from the gas stations
him constantly glancing at you
“ethan keep your eyes on the road !!!”

getting delirious in the early hours of the trip and being stupid because both of you are so tired
“are medusa’s leg hairs just tiny snakes?”

noticing he’s tired so you offer to drive
(he declines at first and then realises he’s extra tired so he gives in)
glancing at him every once in a while while you’re driving
and he’s stays wide awake to keep you company but he keeps nodding off
and you tell him he can sleep
but he refuses (he falls alseep like 2 minutes later)
and when you get to a stoplight you sneak a picture of him because HE’S JUST SO CUTE
and you post it everywhere
since you two are basically in butt-fuck no where you just sleep in the backseat instead of sleeping in a cheap motel
and it’s lowkey kinda uncomfortable because you’re literally on top of him
and you can’t move bc ethan has a power-grip around your waist
the next morning ethan would wake up extra hyper and happy
he’d check is phone and see his feed clogged up with the picture you took of him

getting sad when you reach the destination because the two of you were having so much fun

imagine if the two of you were going to like disney world/disney land
he’d have like a whole playlist of just disney song that the two of you would just blast on the way there

but i love the concept of how cute and happy ethan would be at disney world omg
bc he just wants you to love him as much as he loves you
deep talks about everything and him talking about something he’s really passionate about
and him getting bashful cause he’s been rambling for like five minutes

constantly waiting for the right moment to kiss you for the first time
being surprise when you just hold his face and press his lips to yours while your just laying on the couch together
ethan jokingly being mad bc he wanted to kiss you

realising he’s in love with you when you stay over at his apartment for the first time and in the morning you’re hair is messy and you’re wearing one of his hoodies and a pair of his boxers and you don’t have makeup on AND HE JUST THINKS YOU’RE SO BEAUTIFUL AND GREAT
he doesn’t even hesitant to blurt it out (even though he didn’t mean for it to come out, it was just a heat of the moment thing even though he really meant it)
“i love you so much.”
“i love you too, ethan.”
“really?”
