Hello Doctor?

                -Yes patient

I’m having some problems and I need some help.

                -What are your problems, what would you like me to help you with?

My life is in jeopardy.

               - Oh my we should begin right away, where does it hurt?  Are you                       having problems breathing?  Chest Pain?

It hurts everywhere doctor. Every breath is an effort.  My heart could be exploding in my chest for all that I know.

                -  You are able to communicate though, which is very good.  I do                         believe you when you express the severity of your condition but I                       am not visually seeing particular signs and symptoms, can you                        lead me to  where to begin my diagnosis?

Maybe start with my mouth.  It’s as if I am coughing bile and phlegm except for it comes out as words.

               - Miss, if you are using euphemism to express that everything you’ve                     said so far is bullshit I am not amused in the slightest.  You are                       wasting my time.

Many people swear things that they do not wholeheartedly agree with for an ultimate purpose aside from the promise itself.
