What bothers me a lot is the fact that Loreen knew very well that nobody would stand a chance if she participates (due to her status in the history of Eurovision), that their chances would be instantly killed and that nobody would get to experience what she already has & still went for it. Why? Only to experience it all again herself.

Give new artists their space, the space you too were once given. Thank you for killing Eurovision 2023.

yep, loreen just fucking won melodifestivalen. y'all better cancel esc. Sw*den is the new winner this year. This makes me sad and ANGRY because other contestants that are there for the first time will be forgotten. I thought esc was progressing for the better but nope, Sweden just had to ruin the night and send Loreen again. Now I am pretty sure other artists will try and be like Sweden next year just because Sweden will win, instead of gracing us with what makes their country unique musically :(

I thought this edition of ESC would be exciting to watch, but I guess not.

I've heard some people say that the instrumental of ”Samo mi se spava” is too aggressive and painful to listen to

BUT THAT IS THE POINT

The instrumental bit is supposed to mimic the sound of the collective nightmare we are living in and from which we are trying to escape by metaphorically going to sleep. “I just wanna sleep forever” is our natural response to the surrounding chaos - I want to hide inside my little shell and forget about all that is currently happening, diverting my mind towards what brings me comfort. But he realises that this won't do and that he has to wake up and confront the chaos. And by the end of the song, he takes the lead.
