The game is dark so it's kinda hard to get a good look, but with all the snake motif I think his teeth fell out with the intention to make room for something else (fangs) but the mutation never finalized and so he got implants

After looking at his teeth I do lean more the way of the implants, I don't think they could be grills because grills are typically molded to a set of whole teeth.

They are connected, fused together, whereas Victor's the gold adheres to each individual tooth. I'd also like to note that when Leon talked about his breath stinking, there could be slight rot to what is remaining. If it is rot I'd point the culprit on being too distracted with Alpis to keep up with standard hygiene.

I realized that Tom Leher was born in 1928 and made the jello shot in the 50s. Franco was at his 'peak' or so in the 50s before being captured by Murkoff (I say peak meaning the age he ran amuck) meaning there's a chance of overlap where he could've possibly tried jello shots

Third digital drawing !!! - So basically this is a Reaper farmer mix

I wanted to portray him inspired by this painting as death is often seen as a hateful thing as in this painting too actually. But the Reaper in the inspiration is dressed in white and waiting over the child. I wanted to use this painting seeing the bright background and summer style stuff and wanted to flip it. Death isn't necessarily evil, the drawing I did is the Reaper farmer mix taking the baby sheep from the mom

The area is depicted as gray and dead aside from where the Reaper farmer sans is where grass grows. I wanted to portray him as life after death kind of. Giving life to the dead in the after life after he reaps their soulds. He lords over livestock and farm sould reaping. If that makes sense?
