Should I introduce myself?

I ship Icy and Sky, and Darcy and Riven, they are my biggest Winx Club ships, and I don't care that none couple are canon (one is canon, but not endgame, but they will be).

Iginio Straffi knows that I ship Icy and Sky, and he answered me when I asked him about Darcy and Riven.

I have a lot of stories about Winx Club: a general story from the third season, several attempts at rewrites, and many AUs. I have a lot of headcanon.

What are their thoughts on having children?

They both want to have children! Obviously, for Sky, having a child is a duty... Eraklyon needs an heir, but regardless of that duty, he wants to start a family.

Icy has always wanted to have children (daughters to be more precise), she has enough responsibility for that (yes, despite her ambitions for power) and she wants her lineage to continue, and to teach her everything she knows, and also... being a witch doesn't stop her from wanting the most common things. It has to be with the right person for it...

The conversation about having children first came up in the early stages of the relationship... Icy was always direct with her desire to be a mother, but she assured Sky, half-jokingly, half-seriously, that there wouldn't be a bastard, so he wouldn't have to worry... He believed her. But there was already a beautiful feeling at that moment of wanting children, which they did not expressly express to the other at the moment. Throughout the course of the relationship there were always jokes about having children, Icy always told him that if they had children they should have Sky's eyes. It was one of those moments when they both felt ready for it.

Describe their first date.

Sky invited Icy to dinner. They already knew each other and had shared adventures together, but Sky wanted a more conventional start: a simple date at a restaurant. Icy accepted immediately. At that dinner, they talked about everything, even the time they were enemies, with complete honesty and reminiscing about every moment. Jokes, flirting, and after dinner kissing like teenagers in love.

Do they have many heated arguments? How do they smooth things over?

On the rare occasions when Icy is able to put herself in danger, Sky may worry more than necessary, and Icy has to remind him not to forget that she is a powerful witch, that there is no danger.

They may argue heatedly about politics, but they both learn a lot from each other's points of view.

If things sometimes end in a row... they're easily sorted out. Icy may be the Ice Witch, but she doesn't use the silent treatment and stop speaking to Sky for days. When she's angry, she becomes your shadow and she won't stop talking and throwing out any opinion. The first time it happened, Sky was surprised. It took him a while to get used to that situation.

Do they have any hobbies they share?

Spaceships... have I already mentioned that Icy knows how to pilot spaceships? In addition to that, thanks to Icy, Sky began to enjoy researching any world in the Magic Dimension. When they can, they can travel to any new place.

Who’s the better cook?

For ice cream, obviously Icy. She likes to make all kinds of homemade ice cream. In the other, Sky. He learned to cook at Red Fountain, and he started to like it! Over time, he improved. Could the paranoia of being poisoned again have something to do with it? Yes. Icy loves it when Sky cooks, because she doesn't have to do it... and also because the food are delicious.

Does either of them have a secret that could potentially ruin their relationship?

Sky doesn't like the chocolate ice cream Icy makes... that could be the only secret... just kidding. There's no secret. Icy is honest about everything, and very direct; she never holds anything back. That honesty helped Sky learn to be more communicative. They communicate everything, and they are incapable of keeping anything to themselves.

Who’s the better driver?

Spaceships, Icy. She doesn't let anyone take the controls of the ship. Sky has learned to be their co-pilot.

Street cars... Does Sky ever use them?

The story of Dyamond and Icy would have made more sense if... Dyamond was a planet with life during the course of the series.

Let me explain: Dyamond could have been a little-known planet with a significant past. Icy, as its princess, wants Diamond to regain its rightful place in the Magic Dimension. That's why she does what she does during the first three seasons.

When it is revealed in the eighth season or even earlier (in one where Winx has been well written since the fourth) that she is a princess..... well, the revelation would make more sense. We might even have seen Dyamond in a previous season.

My plot: Dyamond is destroyed at the beginning of a season by the villain. This makes Icy realize that she herself did the same thing in the past, beginning her path to redemption. But at first, she's obviously a vengeful bitch that we love.

She doesn't even have to be a princess, but in some way she has a right to it. Dyamond is a broken planet that needs unification.

Overanalyzing Icy...

Hi.

Me and my dear online twin were going down the rabbit hole trying to understand Blicy fans and see where is Icy acting like she is crushing on someone.

She is.

Just not with her.

If anything She could not care less about her.

Exhibit A: Bloom doesn't exist for her before she learns she has dragon flame. All she cares about is the ring beliving it's where the flame is.

Exhibit B: Her interest with her connects to flame and flame only. In S1 Ep9 She doesn't even attacks her once. Stormy does.

Icy never targets Bloom until She learns the truth about her powers

Exhibit C: She is OBSESSED WITH THE DRAGON FLAME

Icy: Now, all we have to do is destroy that beautiful little ice sculpture and rip the power right out of Bloom's heart. It's ov-

Icy: All we've got to do now is wait. Bloom's mighty power will transfer over to us. The Trix summon the vacuum. Cloud Tower flickers and the Trix fall to the ground exhausted. A gargoyle has appeared in their room. It climbs out the window.* Icy: Horrendous nightmares, custom designed for the sleeper's mind.

Stormy: Once we've tired out the other fairies with those horrific nightmares... Darcy: It'll be Bloom's turn. Icy: And she's in for a most unpleasant experience.

Icy: She left, huh? So the little fairy has given up? Darcy: She's gone home. Icy: Sisters listen up. Pepe: Quack, quack! Mommy. Quack! Icy: This is the opportunity we've been waiting for. Without her Winx friends, Bloom is even more vulnerable.

Exhibit D: Getting the Flame

Icy: Give it up, Bloom. You're struggling in vain. We want the Dragon Flame that's in you. You should know, my dear, that our three ancestors went so far as to destroy Domino in order to get it. They understood the power of the flame and would've stopped at nothing to get it. And they almost succeeded, except that your big sister Daphne the Nymph, had to spoil everything by saving your life. Bloom: Daphne? Icy: So they had to get rid of her. But before our ancestors could do that, Daphne managed to take you away and hide you in a secret location, far from your birthplace. Bloom: But what do you three have to do with what your ancestors did? Icy: We picked up where they left off, and we'll carry through the mission. Right, sisters? Darcy and Stormy: Right. Icy: You see, our ancestors were old and worn out; but we're young and strong. Bloom: Well, you'll have to contend with me then. Icy: Oh yeah? Icy freezes Bloom to the cabinet.* Icy: The sad thing is you haven't got a leg to stand on, Princess. Bloom: Why are you calling me Princess? Icy: How quaint! You still don't have a clue, do you? My dear Bloom, you are the daughter of the King and Queen of Domino. You're the last and only heir to the throne. You're the guardian of the greatest power in the universe. And very shortly this great power will be in our hands. She's all yours, sis. Darcy: And not a minute too soon.

Exibit E: After taking the Dragon Flame her interest in Bloom literally evaporated.

Icy: Your pathetic, little magic schools will soon cease to exist. We have supreme power, and we will stop at nothing to obtain full control of the Magic Dimension --------- Icy: Look at them! Why do they even bother? Puny, worthless gnats! We are invincible! --------- Icy: You're wasting your time, Saladin. You'll never be able to save your school, old man! --------- Icy: Ah, but we're not done yet, sisters. The best is yet to come. --------- Icy: Excellent. Everything is going according to plan. Stormy: What are you talking about? Our troops are falling back! Icy: I know they are. I want this war to last a long time. I want Alfea suffer a slow, humiliating defeat. The Creatures of the Dark are numerous and will never give up the fight. So ultimately, they will bring down Alfea. ---------- Also this fun detail...Darcy hates Bloom as a person. Icy: No! Those sneaks! I knew they'd try something! Sisters, we have guests. Bloom is prowling about our secret corridors and she's not alone. Darcy: How did she get here? Icy: Knut is with her. Darcy: Urgg!! That traitor! Icy: Oh, relax, Darcy. This is the first good thing he's ever done for us. We have the Dragon's power. Nothing can stop us. They're just pesky little gnats. So we'll swat them.

Bloom: Huh? What's going on? Icy: Surprise! That's not your flame, Bloom. Your flame is out of your reach, deep in our entity. And you could never get it back. You lose, fairy. Darcy: See? We're stronger than you now, but you'll never be able to tell anyone. Icy: And do you know why you will never tell? Because Cloud Tower will be your grave! ---------- Stormy: Miss Griffin took us by surprise. Darcy: We're stuck. It won't be easy to get out of here. Icy: What? You think a little granite is gonna stop us? We've got to catch them before they make their getaway. Move aside, sisters. ----------- Icy: Those weaklings have managed to slip out of the monsters' grasp and seek refuge among the fairies at Alfea Castle. Darcy: Ha! Looks like Bloom isn't with them. Icy: Why should you care about Bloom, Darcy? It's not as if she can hurt us now. Stormy: I think the time has come to really focus on the conquest of Alfea. Icy: We'll rally the most powerful army ever. Alfea will shake under its might. ----------

Icy: I couldn't care less what you think, Stormy. This is how I want things to be done! Magix must see the might of our troops. Darcy: But don't you think Alfea's getting an advantage over us that way? Icy: Sisters, our only weakness is your stupid fear! The power of the Dragon is in our hands! What could you possibly be afraid of?

Bloom: Hi everybody! Mind if I join in? Icy: It's not possible. I can't believe this! Darcy: Huh? Bloom: You thought you were rid of me, didn't you, Icy? Well, you thought wrong. Bloom zaps Icy but she appears in the sky.* Icy: What do you think you're doing? You seem to forget that your not the only one who possesses the power of the dragon.

Exhibit F my FAVORITE. From Season 3:

Icy doesn't care WHAT kills Bloom as long as she is dead. Darcy cares.

Scene: "Cloud Tower" Icy: It looks like the Winx are well and really done for. Darcy: Yeah, I feel kind of bad. Icy: Come on, Darcy have you lost your mind? Darcy: Not at all. It's just that, I always thought that we would get to destroy them in the end! I mean, I don't know, after all the battles we've fought against the Winx! Stormy: Um, well yeah I agree. It does seem kinda like we're getting gypped on this deal. Icy: Yeah it doesn't seem right, does it? Stormy and Darcy: Let's go! Valtor: Hold on a second, where do you think you're going? Icy: Valtor! Stormy: Why do you wanted to stop us? Darcy: I thought you hated the Winx much as we do. Valtor: Those fairies have no chance of survival. The portal is going to give away any minute now and the Winx along with the entire dimension, will go spinning into Oblivion. So let me ask you this: why do you want to share their fate?
