“Is okay, I don’t mind being corrected when I’m wrong.” He said, sometimes he just caught up on his own mind that he forgot that humans didn’t live as much as they did, besides he mostly called people girl, because of his sisters, but he had no intention of offending her and treating her like a child, as she said, she was a woman, and a beautiful one.
Sebastian offered her a sad smile, he could understand how she felt. “I’m sorry… My first birthday without my mother was a hard one as well.” In fact, he stopped celebrating his birthday, time didn’t exactly help when you missed someone so important like that, sometimes it felt like he had just lost her all over again. “I don’t celebrate my birthday anymore, it just didn’t felt right to have a party without her,” my he always made sure his sister had the best birthdays he could give them. “So if you want to ignore this day I understand, I don’t think you should, but I understand.” he said offering her a sweet smile. “Or if you want, we can try to start a new birthday tradition.”
“Oh well, I didn’t mean to say you were wrong either,” Evie sounded pained as she said it, even though he didn’t seem at all bothered by the implication.
Eve reached out and put a hand lightly on his in response to both the sadness in his smile and his words, figuring he wouldn’t mind her trying to comfort him with the action. “I’ve never had a party,” She confessed, “But no matter what was happening, she always made some time for me that day. If I was lucky our Master might have something sweet prepared for us.” His offer surprised her, though she smiled back just as sweetly, “We can? Like what?”
