Favorite and least favorite Black Butler characters?

I kept meaning to answer this and kept getting distracted. But this was kind of a hard one! I decided to go for my top 5 and bottom 5 characters.

Top 5 (get them on my screen)

Here we are. The characters I always get excited to see. I debated whether or not I should include Alois, but he was my comfort character for so long that ignoring him kind of felt wrong. I'm hoping the others don't need any justifying. I just love them.

Bottom 5 (get them off my screen)

I think most of these go without saying, but let me be clear that I do not hate Grell—I just never really cared for the reaper characters in general, and I think Grell shows up the most. I didn’t mind the newer ones from last season though.
