This scene actually made me feel something. All the other deaths just seemed to happen with almost no reaction and then there was Peter. Clutching onto Stark. Crying. Yelling. I had to draw it. I noticed Stark’s suit kept shifting but by this scene I don’t remember what part had suit and what part was shirt. What I didn’t like about that scene was the fact that Stark just kinda held Peter. He didn’t react and his body was loose. You couldn’t tell he was upset until after Peter died. Although I guess he was in shock and couldn’t do anything else. But GAWSH I loved this scene so much. And this movie was a-fricken-mazing!!

So we’re teaching girls to be anxious wrecks and boys to disregard the possibility of consequences for incautious behavior. This explains a lot of things. Like… why women are anxious wrecks and men are frequently surprised when it turns out their actions do in fact have consequences. And why men don’t bother asking for help even when they really need it, and thus more frequently die from treatable health conditions (including depression), while women end up getting a broad stereotype of being hypochondriacs (and then having a hard time getting treatment for legitimate health concerns).

I told my mom about this and she’s like ‘Yeah, the world is a dangerous place.’ I reply with ‘Because of how some parents raise their children’ she scoffs and says no. She saw nothing wrong with this and simply said that’s how society works. Like I understand that, that’s what I want to change?

Update: One of the goalies collapsed on the ground and no one knows why, they’re taking a five minute break. Hopefully he’s ok

Update: A person dressed up as a clown just came onto the rink and started breathing fire.. sorta. He had a torch and was drinking a liquid then blowing on the torch… but close enough
