This took much longer than usual to knit -- I don't know if I was just spending less time knitting, or if it was the complex intarsia (the waves involved 10+ balls of yarn 😭). I'm really happy with it, it was a lot of fun to knit, and I can't wait to wear it (in a few months time...)

So, today I cast on the Marigold Tee by Winter's Weather Knits.

Unfortunately, when I was browsing my go-to yarn shop, I fell hard for some yarn that is literally made from seaweed. Of course, it doesn't match the yardage the pattern calls for... Anybody noticing a pattern here..? Needless to say, that my stubborn brain bought the yarn anyway and is absolutely determined to make this work. I'm also playing yarn chicken, so...

...Wish me luck, I guess?
