Hey! I hope you have a good day ahead! I just want to tell you that Journalist and Detective AU is sooooo good! I hope you will continue write awesome Fic in the future!
OMG i read your hc about ichika havin a crush on uncle hide and its so cute!!!!! imagine hide volunteering to bbysit and he takes ichika on a rally cute play date <3 i love uncle hide he kills me inside
Hide most likely to be good with kids. Ichika always want to wear cute dresses/clothes just to get some compliment from uncle Hide, so mama and papa have to do a bit of mix and match whenever sheâs going out with him.
Touka remembers how to live on while losing things, so she has to regain everything. Kaneki returns and curses himself for not being able to forgive her, so he tells the squad about everything and leaves them. Hide finds out about Touka and Kaneki, and remembers being drunk with Touka, he is guilt-ridden and grief-stricken for having accidentally betrayed his own friend. Will Touka and Kaneki have a second chance?
People make mistakes, thatâs the reality, but Iâm not sure how to answer that tho. If theyâre willing to forgive each other and move on, I guess they deserve a second chance. People who cling onto their past will never be able to walk forward to their future .
Since I started talking about detective/journalist au, hereâs a little piece of something:
Headcanon that Kaneki loves to smoke, it's a bad habit of his and Touka hates cigaratte smokes. When they're together, she would hide the box and refused to return it back. Kaneki always end up buying a new box, which frustrated her, because now he's wasting money. She come out with the idea that whenever he feel like smoking, he should just kiss her to make that feeling go away. He did and it turns out into something completely different ( ͥ° ÍÊ ÍĄÂ°)
The manga ended, get over it. It's not going to have the perfect plot and ending. Some people will hate it and some will love it. No matter how much argument/debate/theory/whatever shit that you're trying to make, it won't change the story. It's time to move on, folks.
When you're being really rude to others but ask them be polite with you just because you feel like you're entitled to the respect that you don't deserve. You can fuck off.

Hc that one time Kaneki-chan thought mama stomach is slightly bigger than usual.
Touka feels slightly uncomfortable when she feel two pair of eyes staring behind her back, following every move that she make and itâs been a good half an hour ever since she walks into the kitchen.
She look over her shoulder, glaring with a soft blush across her cheeks, âS--stop staring at me, you two!â
Her loud voice seems startled them, but only Kaneki makes an effort to look away, crumpling his open book to cover his own blush, putting the book in front of him to block from seeing her. Touka knows he had done it before and caught too many times as well.
Her eyes falls to the small figure next to him, with both palms under her cheeks, looking directly at her --no, on her stomach to be exact, eyes widen before she open her mouth.
âMama looks so fat.âÂ
It was lucky that Touka isnât holding anything in her hands, her face is enough to show how surprised she was with the sudden statement. Kaneki was quick to nudge her shoulder, âHey, you shouldnât say that. Thatâs not very nice.â
âBut papa --â she points this time, âMama is so big.â, she said while making a big round circle with her small arms. Kaneki snorts, but quickly cover his mouth when he saw Touka is now pouting.
She only a few months in, of course itâs much more obvious now but sheâs not that fat.
--
The next morning, Kaneki was in charge for breakfast, and after waking up his little bundle of joy, he walks back to their shared room when Touka didnât come out to the table.Â
He found her in front of the large mirror, with only wearing her lace lingerie. He swallows, probably not the kind of thing he would expected to see so early in the morning.
âWhat are you doing ?âÂ
Her shoulder jolted, was expecting him to walks in on her while sheâs busy --examining her --umm--belly.
Touka turn to her side, rubbing her belly and this time, she sighs.
âI looked really fatâ
Ah --so thatâs what this is about. Kaneki chuckles, before walking towards her, âI think you look beautiful.â
Touka hissed, pushing him away, âCome on, be honest with me.â
He stares at her from head to toe, eyes resting on her belly, âUmm --maybe a little bit fat.âÂ
âYouâre unbelievable!â
Kaneki laughs, leaving a kiss on her cheeks, âItâs only temporary. Hurry up and put your dress on, both of you going to catch a cold.âÂ
Touka gives up, and nodded.
--
It happened again when theyâre watching tv that afternoon, âMama, why are you so big ?â Somehow itâs annoyed her when the same question being thrown at her and making her more conscious about her body. Kaneki pat her head, âMamaâs not fat. Thereâs a baby inside.â
âBaby ? You mean, my little brother ?â she says, eyes sparkling.
Touka chuckles, âWe donât know yet if itâs going to be a girl or a boy.â
âThen, that means mama is not fat!â she said happily, âWhen the baby come out, mama will be skinny again.â
Touka sighs, smiling helplessly, âDo you want to feel it ?â
Hc that little Kaneki-chan have a crush on Uncle Hide.
Mama is the first one to notice the sparkles in her eyes, and the slightly tint of blush across her cheeks when she hear his voice. Her tiny feet quickly takes her to the kitchen, huffing and gasping, and hides behind her mamaâs legs.
âHey, whatâs wrong ?â
She shakes her head, vigorously and grip Toukaâs apron tighter. Just then, he heard Hide happy voice, greeting their family and exchange small talk with her husband. He have been visiting regularly than before, sometimes alone, sometimes with the others.
Touka was ready to leave the kitchen to greet their old friend, but she canât seems to move with the little bundle of joy hanging on her legs.
âMama --â she whines, âNo, donât go.â
Touka pat her head gently, âUncle Hide is here. We have to greet him.â
âNo --â she hides her face.
Touka dragged her nevertheless, walking out to the living room and welcoming Hide to their home happily. Kaneki instantly noticed both them sticking together --Touka trying to save her legs, and their daughter clinging and pulling on her apron. Touka chuckles, when her eyes meet Kanekiâs soft greys, âI think sheâs a bit shy to see Hide.â
Kaneki stares, confused, âIs she scared of him ?â --the mask he meant, but itâs hardly scary especially with the smiley face printed on the fabric. Touka just shrugged her shoulder, not sure whatâs bothering the small child. Sheâs usually ecstatic whenever Hide came over to visit.
She take a peak, looking at the tall man and Hide waves at her. She quickly hide her face again, blushing at the same time and whines.
âCome on now, Uncle Hide wants to play with you.â
She shakes her head.
Touka took her hands, pulling her a bit further away before crouching down, meeting eye to eye to her, âThey canât hear us right here, do you want to tell me whatâs wrong ?â
Her tiny palm wrinkles on the hem of her shirt, pouting and she nods. Touka wait a minute or longer, and finally she open her mouth to tell her secret, âI --Iâm not wearing a nicer dress.â
âEh ?â
Touka blinks, pause before a loud laughter gurgling from the pit of her stomach --too loud probably and she hits her on the shoulder, âMama!â she screams, almost tearing up now when Touka didnât stop laughing.
âOkay, okay.â Touka pull her into a big hug, snuggling on her cheeks, âWeâll change into a nicer dress.
--
They took good twenty minutes to change, and Kaneki looks surprised seeing her with a different dress than she had this morning. She seems satisfied, running up to Uncle Hide with her big bunny plush, and getting comfortable beside him.
âIsnât that the new dress that we bought ?â
Touka chuckles, âI guess she want Hide to be the first one to see it.â
