Oiso @ 3 Damansara
Vege bibimbap. Pretty good way to increase vege intake. Vege is fresh too. Can you hear the sizzling of the stone pot?

Origin Cafe @ Taman Mayang Jaya
Ate this dish a few times already but only remember to post today
Lemon noodles that in soba in various ingredients with chicken, tossed in lemon juice. Very invigorating sensation. The mixture of veges reminds me of Vietnamese dishes, but I am not sure what's the inspiration behind this dish.
Nice combo at only RM10, like kopitiam price.
Pasta Zanmai @ KLGCC Mall, Bukit Kiara
I was delighted to find out Pasta Zanmai is making a comeback at a brand new mall. I have been disappointed with them all being converted to Rakuzen since a few years ago. We need more Japanese style western food!
Ordered the new opening promo aburi salmon wafu pasta (I had the salmon well done), mini Margherita pizza, chawanmushi with truffle oil and fried cauliflower popcorn.
Everything was yum-yum, enough said!
Welcome back Pasta Zanmai!
Suka Hati Kopitiam @ Damansara Perdana, Selangor
A chain kopitiam we only just tried today. It's a Malay style Ipoh Kopitiam. Food selection has more Malay dishes like lontong and me ladna.
We got the dry wantan mee and roti sarang burung. The wantan mee was overcooked, making the texture too soft for our liking. There was a hint too much dark soy sauce and a little too salty. The roti sarang burung was not crispy enough, the two eggs were half boiled which was something I really enjoyed but somehow it already came with too much of a dash of soy sauce, making it too salty.
Not too thrilled with our visit this time, perhaps we'll try the rice and Malay dishes next time.
Chill Time @ SS2, Petaling Jaya
Grilled chicken chop, grilled pork chop with black pepper sauce and spaghetti Bolognese
Another value for money shop, the food was delicious too.
They gave me a lucky draw and I won a 20% for my next visit
Thai Blessings @ Kampung Kayu Ara
HK Choy Sum, lotus root and ground nuts soup and lemongrass grilled chicken chop rice
Larger portions for the price paid. The shop has a very bustling Thai street style vibes
Safa @Maag Middle Eastern Cuisine @ Plaza Damas
Trying something out of the usual for us.
Chicken kebab, fresh mint tea and mirza ghasemi (aubergine dip).
Food is nice except we couldn't taste the aubergine.
Big breakfast @ Lloyd's Inn, Kuala Lumpur
Stuffed myself with this platter during my staycation. There were 2 options for breakfast, the other being fried rice.
IKEA meatballs!!! @ Mytown
Very unappetizing shot 😂
Cauli & Rice @ Paradigm Mall
Finally a shop that specialises in cauliflower rice!
Got the chicken bowl here, photos show before and after mixing the condiments.
They have a choice of mixing up caulirice with egg fried rice. Went cauli all the way!
Rasa Viet @ Damansara Kim
Can't recall if it was a Vietnamese banh mi or what.
The bread was crispy outside and just enough softness inside, making it easy to eat. Wish there were more of the spiced chicken.
Sepiring @ Midvalley Megamall, Kuala Lumpur
East coast affair fit for two or was it four?
This platter is genuinely pleasing.
Yum Momos @ Brickfields
The place calls itself the first indo-chinese restaurant in Malaysia. Indo here as in Indian.
Indeed dishes were all new to us, tried hard to imagine what the food combos would taste like.
Settled on a chicken momo platter (steamed, pan fried and deep fried momos) and Manchurian fried rice.
Nice food, Manchurian was nice too but many too spiced for our bland palates.
Orchard Hill Cafe @ Broga Hill, Selangor
Spaghetti carbonara with grilled chicken, salad with grilled chicken and fish and chips.
Overall food taste good, the place is very Instagram worthy.
Salad with smoked salmon, fried dark chicken, ribeye pork fillet
Three Plates Full @ SS15
Hospital meal @ Sunway Medical Centre Velocity
Never seen such a weird contraption at hospital. To keep warm? For hygiene purposes?
One thing's for sure, they have the best hospital food catered to patients' needs
Asam chicken set @ Baba Ho Liao, TTDI
First time coming here and was pleasantly surprised with the taste. I like that the asam was just light enough, it went to well with rice.
