Its been recently that I’ve really been focusing on energy healing and I feel like I just completed one of my most successful sessions. Ah, so much good healing going on here and lots of gunk gone! Hopefully the person I helped feels as good as I do right now :)

Shopping for a new tarot deck

I’m looking for a new tarot deck and I really can’t decide.

Don’t get me wrong, I love my current decks, but my main deck is starting to get a little tired lately. Gotta let her rest a bit I think

Anywho... I also just like new decks haha. I really can’t afford anything right now, but the call to get a new deck is becoming so hard to ignore. Right now Im stuck between The Linestrider Tarot and the Shadowscapes Tarot. They both look really beautiful and I just keep going back online to look at them

We all have questions and we all want answers

Don’t get me wrong, I love helping others and trying to help them find the answers they are looking for. But please do remember, no matter the skill of the person you are speaking to, it is not helpful to anyone to start shooting off rapid fire questions.

If you’re asking one question after another, not even letting the reader answer one question before you’re asking another, its essentially like sensory overload. I know you have lots of questions that you want answered, but lets please just take things one step at a time. Sometimes this is why it can be helpful to go to any reading with a notepad and your questions written down. That way you remember what you wanted to know, can write down what you’re told, and can write down any new questions you might have as the reading progresses.

And as those answers go, sometimes you will hear things you don’t like. We’ve all been there and it SUCKS. But, please don’t lash out and blame your reader. It’s never their fault if they have to deliver news you don’t want to hear. I always try to be gentle but direct in any bad news I must deliver. I won’t give fairy tales. Whatever I am seeing at that time is what you will get. But, I will also try to serve it up with a bit of kindness at least.

Also, yes there truly are things that can change after a reading. For instance; if you ask me if you’ll get a new job soon, I might say yes. But you, the client, need to put in some work too. No one can expect to just sit inside doing nothing and have a job simply fall into their lap. Same goes for meeting someone new; sure the energies might read as someone coming into your path. There could be someone great for you waiting in the wings, but unless you’re getting out there they might just pass you by. I could tell you that you’re going to meet your soul mate next month, but if you stay inside under the covers all day that’s not going to happen. (Seriously.. not kidding.. I once had a girl come to me who was starting to get really worried about her career. She’d been looking all over and wasn’t finding anything she liked. I told her I had a very strong feeling she was going to get something new and be in something new by that fall. Along came fall and she was still in the same job she’d been in. She actually said to me “what happened? You said I’d have a new job... I thought you were good at this.” And so to her I said “Well.. I could have been wrong and I’ll admit I’m not perfect... But were you applying to places?” and she said “no.. you said I’d have something new so I didn’t bother.”) ..... do ya get what I’m saying?

God I hope this all makes sense and doesn’t make me sound rude! It’s just some general observations I’ve made over time (both as a reader and a client).
