Here's another shitty one, this was originally going to be right after the previous idea I posted. I think it could have been cooler if it had more layers but I'm just not really feeling it anymore. One con about the Circuit is the two synth voice thing, which in some respects is awesome because it forces you to be creative, but sucks when you devoted both voices to bass. Blegh. Idk. Still love this little RGB rectangle

I finally cleared some space for my Circuit to sit on my desk! I had two sessions I was going to use for some imaginary live set I planned, but I honestly just don't like them - so into the tumblr dump they go.

Do you guys like the Circuit? It took me awhile to get used to not having a screen, but this thing goes with me almost everywhere. So much fun and you can get it sounding mean as shit.

I live in Texas and make electronic music/ambient - I also write death metal and some other stuff, but that'll be for another blog lmao. I'm heavily inspired by Black Sun Empire, The Chemical Brothers, Machine Girl, and really anything that is run through a shitty distortion pedal or a lot of reverb.

I use a mix of hardware and software as I grew up in front of a Korg Triton but also in front of a computer screen. I'm a huge gear nerd, so my apologies for spamming a lot of gear photos (but please show me your setup! I live for seeing other people's rigs)

I am extremely shy about my music but I'm trying to break that habit, so expect some 20 second jam videos paired with a SoundCloud single here and there that will go off and on private.

I would love to talk to y'all about music, there's a lot of talented folk on here!!

I have a subconscious obsession with distortion pedals lmao. I keep ending up with several at a time.

Yellow boi is a Proco RAT clone (w/ an octaver fuzz and some other goodies built in) and the slim silver man is this weird nano fuzz thing that I've been playing with.

I need to buy a 3U drawer to keep these in.

And a patch bay.

And other pedals.
