I really wish Amy did do things like heal at other endbringer battles, go to other cities to clear out children's hospices, or work with the guild internationally. Because then she actually would have been a super famous, world renowned healer and I can't imagine many people that would hate the celebrity life more than her.

She's already being crushed by the pressure of her work and other people's expectations, multiply that by a thousand and have literally everyone recognize her wherever she goes (and probably ask for help). Sure they all love her and panacea's considered one of the worlds greatest heroes, but every aspect of her life is now worse and it's impossible to go back.

Amy's just finished helping the guild with a humanitarian crisis and is on her 30th consecutive hour of consciousness. She can't go home because the fallen are suspected to be in Brockton bay targeting her, and she can't go to sleep yet because a picture of her smoking a cigarette outside an aid tent just went viral so now Carol's calling to lecture her about public image.

When she does get home, she needs a PRT escort to follow her everywhere since people have already tried kidnapping her off the streets. The armoured bodyguards make walking around incognito impossible, every time she sees a camera flash she wants to scream. What's worse is one of the elite's thinkers must have figured out her crush and they keep sending blonde haired, blue eyes girls to try and honeypot her. It's basically a matter of time until Vicky figures out why and Amy loses the one person that still treats her normally.

But she doesn't have time to worry about that now. The PRT lost track of the slaughterhouse 9 whilst they were somewhere in Northeast America and she's got to go into lockdown at the protectorate headquarters. Watchdog think she's a very likely target for them so better safe than sorry.
