This was supposed to be a quick doodle to get her design out of my head and it got way too involved. I had to stop myself here so I can move on to other designs.

This is Midna in my Twilight Princess AU, and she’s the daughter of the crime lord that runs “Twilight Town”— a territory within the vast Hyrule City. She has been raised to take on the family operation, an inheritance she quietly and faithfully begrudges. The Twili family has been at odds with Dragmire over territory recently, and the resulting chaos has spread into the city at levels that can’t be ignored by the mayor— Zelda Narune. Frustrated with the influence the crime families hold over city law enforcement, and fueled by a personal vendetta against Ganondorf, Zelda enlists the help of an ex-military PI (Link) to track Dragmire’s criminal activities.

There’s more but I’m brain dead now. I’ve decided in this AU, while there isn’t magic, it’s fine for the characters to have unnatural skin/hair/eye colors, pointy ears, etc. I may do some versions with more human coloring in the future just for fun. Look, I’m not a writer but it’s fun and I want to draw it.
