1. OK BUT THROWBACK TO GALACTIC EMPRESS ANTHY AND SPACE MERC V. i think they met during a diplomatic banquet for peace talks ( probs looked like the one quest in Phantom Liberty where you steal the twins identities at an elite party ) and of course it gets hijacked but V happened to be delivering something important that day( or maybe was part of the hijack 😏) to an elite employer and cue suddenly she's rescuing the future empress from an assassination attempt !
2. the first time Mina explained to Anthy that her EVOL was psionic/psychic, Anthy was sooooo annoying and asking her to blow up random things with her mind / read her thoughts. but really she does think Mina's powers are super cool and has contemplated if she used her resonance EVOL with her, would it amplify it so that they could lift a whole car ? explode a whole train like in movies ? dangerous thoughts here girlies ...
3. ok but actually in main LADS verse i love the idea of them being online penpals. like since mina was crazy hacking and browsing the net when she was younger and Anthy is tooootes the type to brows the internet herself into some random omegle-esque site. her username was probably something silly like MissClickz420 or CosmicFox520 and they were trolling each other into a friendship and the rest was history !
1. these two are soooo competitive, i know they've not only tried to outdo each other in the number of marks like we spoken about before, but they've also played bullet zigzag games before with Lumiere dodging V's shots at her like nothing LOL .
2. i still love the idea that these two met while Xavier wasn't disguised as Lumiere at a gaming arcade. i picture it was like they leant over to see who was their player 2 that basically helped clear the whole match (probably even got themselves both on the leaderboard) and were like oh ! when they saw each other. like hey you look familiar, weren't we engaged in a duel to the death last weekend in the N109 zone ?
3. one of the few singular times they weren't at each other's throat with V trying to claim Lumiere's bounty was when Lumiere was fighting a wanderer who could drop explosive parts of its body behind it and while V was busy trying to take him down, Lumiere actually ended up protecting her from a blast last minute by jumping through light with her out of the way. When they landed it wasn't exactly graceful, tumbling probably through some debris and dirt but they stopped in each other's arms 👀
