Beach

It was a perfect day to go to the beach. The sun was hot, the water sparkled under its rays as the waves softly brushed against the shore, soaking the sand, erasing any footprints left behind as Ludwig and Alfred walked side by side to find the perfect spot to enjoy the day.  

It had been a long while since Ludwig had gotten some free time away from his boss and the other countries. He had Alfred to thank for that since a mix of relentless begging and bribery Ludwig finally agreed to take a day off with added encouragement from Feli and Kiku. He had to admit though, he was happy that he took up the offer as he realized it had also been a while since he had some one-on-one time with his bundle of sunshine boyfriend that was Alfred F. Jones. 

They found a spot by some rocks not too far from a small path that led back to the picnic and park areas. It gave a perfect view of the rest of the beach and an old stone fort that sat on a small island piece that wasn’t far from shore. There were boats on the water and some ducks who seemed to have been attracted by a couple of kids throwing bread pieces into the water.

 As Alfred set up the umbrella, Ludwig set down the beach blanket for them to sit on and placed the beverage cooler and picnic basket on the corners to keep the wind from blowing the blanket away. He moved back a bit to make sure everything was in place when he suddenly felt arms wrap around his waist and a kiss being placed at the back of his neck. It made his face flush pink and turned his head just enough to give a playful glare which was only met with a laugh and that toothy grin that got him in trouble on many occasions.

“So what do you think? I hooked us up with an awesome spot." He pulled away and pointed to the water,“ And the water looks great today !” 

Ludwig nodded in agreement, “Ja, perfect day to do some training too…maybe I should check up on the other two to make sure they are doing just that." He pulled his phone out from his pocket but it was snatched from his hands before he could even dial a number.

“Hey!” He whined.

“Not happening, it's your day off which means not worrying about the others," Alfred held the phone behind his back, "So this is going in the bag until we leave. Okay?" 

“ How mature of you” 

“ Well someone’s gotta keep you focused on having fun and not boring stuff, like training or...Paperwork” He shuddered at just the mere thought of the piles of papers that have been sitting on his desk for weeks now. 

“ Well someones got to make sure that italy isnt wasting his time”

“ Relax, he’s got England for that” 

“ Oh Ja, that will go swimmingly “ Ludwig rolled his eyes and with a reluctant sigh, he agreed watching Alfred put his phone away into his backpack. He took this chance to move closer to the water, a boat floating by in the distance with its white sails high, catching the wind and pulling it along. Walking a bit further, the water coming up to his ankles, it was cold but soon enough he became used to the temperature. 

Alfred came over shivering a bit at the coolness of the water " Speaking of Swimmingly...Wanna go for a swim?" he asked as he willed himself further into the water till he was waist-deep. He held out his hand towards his partner.  Ludwig took his hand walking deeper inside feeling the slippery stones under his feet , gripping onto Alfred to make sure he didn’t fall but  one of the stones was a little too slippery and he fell into Alfred making them both fall back into the water. Once the initial shock of the fall went away they looked at eachother and fell into a fit of laughter. 

“ Are you okay?” Ludwig asked as he pushed his now wet bangs out of his face. 

Alfred grinned,“ Never been better, especially since im with you." He caught Ludwig by surprise with a peck to his lips, “plus it looks like you're falling for me."

“ You’re the worst!" His face became red and he clumsily hit Al’s arm in retaliation, causing him to just laugh more.

“ Sorry not sorry."

Katsuki: [looks at him incredulously from over the top of his book] ...as much as I would fucking love to, I gotta ask, what the fuck? Why?

Shouto: [sighs] I forgot it was Midoriya’s birthday tomorrow, and I haven’t even bought him a present yet. I... don’t deserve to live.

Katsuki:

Katsuki: are you fucking kidding me? [going back to his book] and here I was, thinking this was actually serious or some crap. Last time I bother asking.

Katsuki: you didn’t even get the date right. Shitty nerd’s birthday is July 15th. That’s like a week away.

Katsuki: [flips a page, bored]

Katsuki: [reads a few lines]

Katsuki: [freezes when he realises what he’s just said] [looks up at Shouto to see him smirking]

Shouto: [arms crossed, looking satisfied] oh, so you DID bother to remember his birthday

Katsuki: [drops his book, eyes wide] I- wait- you didn’t fucking hear that- shit-

Shouto: [a finger raised to shush him] -no, no, no. I heard loud and clear. Midoriya’s birthday is July 15th. You said it yourself.

Katsuki:

Katsuki: if you don’t tell him I fucking remembered, I’ll h- help you get a present. Okay? Deal?

Shouto: [an eyebrow raised] oh? A compelling offer, but who do you think I am, Bakugou? I’d NEVER forget Midoriya’s birthday, and in fact, I already bought his present months ago. I was just... testing you.

Katsuki:

Katsuki: [eyes narrowed] oh, you filthy, conniving bastard

Shouto: [nods] I’ll take that as a compliment

Rei: Natsu may have become a member of the liberation army who threw down and nearly destroyed Touya, not knowing he was Touya, as well as filling himself with rage at Endeavour for hurting Touya, while also loving him-

Natsu: IM NOT AND EVEN IF I WAS ITS BECAUSE IM HELPING TOUYA HELP HIMSELF. VILLAINY IS NOT THE ANSWER AND NEITHER IS ENDEAVOUR!

Rei: Fuyumi is a perfect angel child who’s been holding are family together and keeping you boys alive. I love you baby, no lecturing-

Fuyumi: Thank you! It’s nothing, though sometimes I feel like throwing soba at everyone!

Rei: Shoto continued training and achieved his dream of going to his school only to get involved in several global incidents, get stabbed and beaten several times, whilst also making friends even though he said he wouldn’t and accepting his fathers side?

Rei: And you- *Drawn out* ENDEAVOUR.

Rei: You continued being a jerk and hurt my children, became the number one hero, got horribly scarred and managed to drive my eldest to insanity and anger at society.

Endeavour: *Sets self on fire yelling* DONT TALK BACK TO ME YOU LITTLE-

Fuyumi: TOUYA! DAD!

Natsu: GET HIM TOUYA!

Rei: *Giving Deku and Hawks the talk*

Shoto: *Eating popcorn* Will Hawks get cooked alive?

Hawks: *Sweating, between Endeavour and Dabi while also being trapped*

Dabi: *Practically an inferno now* COME AT ME YOU SON OF A $&@#%- *Indescribable insults*

Endeavour: *Inferno as well- Indescribable insults being yelled*

[Flash forward five minutes and the Todoroki house is on fire with everyone standing out the front watching. Hawks is rocking in a corner with Deku. Shoto eating burnt popcorn now.]

Rei: That first full family meeting went better than I thought it would!

Deku: *Whimpers* Wh-what?

Hawks: What is wrong with this family…?
