idk if like maybe i’m not understanding but this class is having us take this ‘stress scale’ and each event that causes stress has a value. they’re all organized from highest to lowest amount of stress like how can u put a number on an event that can cause you stress and say that’s more stressful than a different event someone else is enduring, which has a lower number. does this make sense.
ok so the ‘’’’’’’ normal stress tolerance ‘’’’’’’’ is 250.
