     “I... I don’t even know what I am anymore...” Hunter had grown to trust Mia enough, at least. Though panic still hammered through his system, he felt it ebb away a bit. Suddenly, Hunter is hugging Mia tightly.

Mia wraps her arms tightly around him. She will hold him tightly giving all the comfort she can. He was her adopted brother after all. "I know exactly who you are. You are hunter. Someone I consider a brother. You are an amazing fighter and you are amazing at magic. You are over all amazing in all the right ways." Mia's words held so much love for the boy she calls her brother. She would fight anyone who hurt him.

“It wasn’t on purpose I--...” He paused, before running his hand through his hair. He’s pacing now, “I was in Belos’ mind and I have seen so many things he’s done and now he wants me dead and--... I had to find somewhere to hide, and I wasn’t paying attention and accidently caused some Fool’s Blood to explode and now I’m here--...”

     “I don’t know what to do...”

Mia suddenly stood up straighter if there was ever a time to fear her it was when someone threatened those she cares about. She would have to steal a sword from her other world that she had lived in. "He's What?" Her voice was deadly calm. "You're safe here I can ensure you of this. I promise you I will not allow anyone to harm you. I will talk with some that work here about getting you a safe place to sleep."

“Sooo... I may have accidently did a thing...” On accident, mind you.

"Oh I have missed you, are you hurt? How are you here?!" Mia was both happy and worried to see the boy she considered her little brother. "Oh if you had told me you wanted to travel you could have asked."

"You didn't rest well?"

“As much as I love being out and about and active. I hate waking up it’s the worst”

"If you get up in the mornings though you get to see Noah. I met him last night while he was working. You two certainly balance each other out."

Mirage smirked. “Why do you think I’m awake in the first place?“ he can feel his spark ache when Noah goes away from him.

"You really love him huh? I've never seen anyone so in love outside of my parents. I am happy to know a new friend is quite happy." Mia smiled she truly was happy to see them happy.

Mia hesitates a moment, but she knew she could trust him. Carefully moving the skirt of the dress she wore to keep it from getting caught as she carefully climbed onto the hand she was offered. "I don't really think you'll understand. I mean everyone thinks I am crazy if I even remotely speak of any of it. " Mia paused remembering her manners as was expected of her back home. "Please do excuse my rudeness. I am Mia."

"Stranger things have happened." He smirks, gently lifting and lowering to watch her skirts float like flower petals, but not enough to see under. before putting her down next to him while he curls up comfortably. He's tired. "Nah you're fine Thumbelina."

Mia was not expecting the movement, but also wasn't too surprised she knew not to many wore a dress like she did. It was in fact a little old fashioned. "Did you just call me Thumbelina? Oh I adored that movie as a child. At times it helped me cope with everything." Mia carefully sat down she could tell he was tired as well. "I can assure you nothing is stranger than walking between worlds."

"I'm not a kid, and Yes I am awake… now. I'm sorry I didn't mean to be in the way. Its just been a rough few weeks." Mirage leaned a hand down, allowing her to climb in as he sat down on his berth. "Oh yeah? You want to talk about it?"

Hunter huffed in annoyance when Mia continued with the exact words he’d been expecting from her despite the factor he’d known it was going to happen. Of course she wasn’t about to just let it go so easily. The worst part was she wasn’t entirely wrong, either. It did not keep him from bristling, unfortunately. 

     “I had it perfectly under control! I would have been fine!” The insistence was instinctual, before Hunter could completely register the rest of her words. But when he did, the teenager seemed to deflate slightly as a frown tugged at his features. Voice dropping to something softer, near sheepish as he continued, “You’re not going to lose me…”

"Hunter... I know you are tough and powerful, but you're not invincible. As much as you think you are. I just want you to be safe. If you keep this up something bad can happen. " Mia sighs she knows he understands, but she can't help but keep this up.

"Just please be careful in the future. I would hate to not see you again every time I come around. You are one of the highlights of my visits." Mia placed a hand on his shoulder. "I only nag because I care more than you know."

“Don’t. Just don’t. I know what you’re gonna say!”

"Oh really you think you know what I'm going to say? I'm still gonna say it anyway. You could have died back there! You weren't being careful enough. Honestly if I hadn't gotten there when I did.... Just please for the love of all that is good be more careful! I would hate..." Mia paused before continuing quietly. "I would hate to lose you as well."
