▿ Bamford Train Station
▿ Literally blown away by how fresh the air is the moment we stepped down the train! And we thought Sheffield’s uni area already has the best air quality...
▿ And so the journey by foot to areas of interest around Bamford begins!
▿ Walks with a sight and talks under the gleaming sunlight
▿ Stopping by for some pick-me-ups
▿ More walks!
▿ Lots of adorable sheep around. Intriguing how Badrina and Saro could effortlessly admire them up close but each time I tried to to do it, all of the them literally and almost immediately fled the scene. Tragic.
▿ The people were mostly friendly elders, always sporting warm smiles on their faces, walking in synchronisation with their pet dogs.
▿ After an hour or so of walking, we finally reached one of the most highly-visited places in Peak District: The Ladybower Reservoir!
▿ Shamelessly took tons of pictures, of course.
▿ Some more walking
▿ We initially planned to hike and reach the peak of a mountain and when we finally got to the base of one, we couldn’t find a pathway to climb up, lol! Plus, judging from the time, it would've gotten dark by the time we reached so we decided to call it a day.
▿ Rested instead and had some refreshment!

▿ Ended the day with them discovering which Hogwarts House they were sorted into as we wait for our return train.
▿ Indeed had an invigorating trip around Bamford. Would definitely go to other areas of the Peak District again some time soon!
