On average we feel many kinds of emotions Active, Sleep, Hunger, Drained, etc., These are relative to our physical needs, if we are on time satisfying these basic needs can make you more active. Nevertheless, emotions like Happy, Sad, Surprised, Depressed, Loss, Anxiety, etc, these are very subconscious. These feelings might not have a rational explanation though we can figure it out by critical thinking on particular situations and why we felt that feeling. However, It's hard to get that emotion away. A logical Explanation to our mind with a set of ideologies, which would be applicable to heart. Then both(Heart and Mind) agree to fix that particular feel. If we are gullible then, we deeply depend on others' preview to get away with a feeling which might be bothering us. Well, always there will be a way to get control things, and nothing comes with ease. Meditation is a type of Exercise that directly impacts our emotions on our mind giving a clear picture, where it stacks our feelings, Ideas, works in order. All we have to do is to figure it out.
