I don’t know how many times I’ve spoken with clients or friends who are at a loss and in need of direction in their lives when I turn the question back to them “what would you advise your best friend, son, daughter (fill in the blank) to do in the same situation? •They immediately know how they would advise their loved one. And it pains me to watch their hearts sink, as they know what they need to do. •The thing is we all know the answer to our own questions. It’s when we are able to be subjective we gain clarity. Our emotions cloud us, we are attached, sometimes dependent on others, and fear what life looks like on the other side. Whether it be a job you’re unsatisfied with, a relationship that’s not working, or a long held belief that doesn’t hold up anymore, the unknown always brings fear and anxiety. • I have also, and would be lying if I didn’t admit I still fear the unknown. What will happen if I reject a long held belief? Am I a hypocrite? A fake? - gosh, I hope not. Those are things I immensely dislike. But the more I come to know, the more I come to know, I don’t know. I am ever evolving, ever learning, ever changing. A student of the Divine power I call God. And the more I think I know God, the more I understand that what I think I know is also very limited. I put God in a box, a small box, and then call Him awesome, and glorify Him, not understanding fully his glory. •At the end of the day, I believe our innate wisdom and that “voice” within us comes from the divine. That which created us IS divine, and so, therefore we must be also. For how could something so awesome, create something useless? And this is why we must learn to connect to and trust that which we already know 💗 #thedivineinmehonorsthedivineinyou #trustyourself #youalreadyknow #truthseekers https://www.instagram.com/p/BzO_wayAhxe/?igshid=1le8acervv99e
