“Bob Stupak added to his space theme imagery at Vegas World with a record-topping, rocket-tipped pylon display soaring 230 feet high. Jack DuBois and Charles Barnard [Ad Art] were involved in the process along with Stupak’s in-house designer Jeff Bissell. While the Vegas World pylon, which was attached to the hotel’s Strip-side wall, held the record for height, the tallest freestanding sign was the Sahara at 220 feet.” - Charles Barnard, The Magic Sign
