Nutella buttercream devils food cake for Jordan's birthday! Nutella in between the layers. Topped with ferrero rocher candy :)

Avengers theme cake for Kyle's 22nd! Vanilla with nutella and toffee in between layers. Had the help of all the brothers too :D

Same flavors as the last cake I made... this time it's supposed to look like a basketball and a net, topped with a jersey with Kim's name and his birthday age this year!

French vanilla cake with nutella and toffee bits in the middle. Covered with vanilla frosting and fondant animals!

Chocolate devils food cupcakes with caramel buttercream. Filled and drizzled with caramel.

I made strawberry cupcakes for Kelly's birthday. The mini ones are sunflowers which are her favorite flowers, and I used to leaf tip for both the leaves and petals. The centers are mini oreos.

I like the color scheme on this one. Just an 8" funfetti cake with pink vanilla frosting.

Brownie pillows = brownies inside chocolate chip cookies. Got the recipe online and finally tried it. They're really yummy and even the cookie recipe alone would be delicious!

My last week of cake decorating class! We learned how to do roses but I really failed at first.... And my frosting was too thick so it was hard to pipe out. But I did like how it turned out in the end anyway.

Shaggy mum cupcakes. This is what we did in the Wilton cake class today. They are vanilla filled with chocolate pudding.

yellow cake with fresh strawberries inside and on top! I made a little legend for each color frosting too... white is cool whip, pink is vanilla, and bright pink is cream cheese.

Butter pecan cake! I'm not normally a fan of it but i tried some extra and it was pretty yummy. There's no filling but the outside red layer is cream cheese. It's supposed to be red at least but it looks like bright pink. I added sooo much gel coloring... The blue and purple are leftover buttercream from my cake class. I went crazy with the stars and shells. hahaha

I am taking a Wilton cake decorating class and this is the second week product. I baked a vanilla cake and we brought it in to decorate in class. It's all buttercream but dyed with different gel colors. Fun stuff!

Birthday cake for William's mom! It was last minute and didn't get to properly cool it for a longer amount of time... It's a two layer yellow cake with cool whip and strawberries in the middle. It's covered with vanilla frosting and strawberries. I did large strawberries then they started to slide off :( so I had to do this. And you can see strawberry juice underneath. :/
